The hub chosen to be main hub will be chosen by us Staff on 12-11-2013 (2 days!).
There will be 5 hubs for PWD. After we vote for main hub, we will vote for hubs for the other 4/5 *regions; East, Central, Mid-West, West and International.
*That are not in the region where the main hub is. There are 5 regions.
